Key deadlines for race registration, participation and celebration
Last day to order extra race medals (remember your dedicated van drivers)!
After this day, adds/subs are $18 per person. (all participants must sign online waiver by this date to avoid the fee)
Check your team roster for the 'Add Volunteer' button (if one team members is located within a 100 mile radius of Portland, you will be prompted).
Last day to order extra race shirts and update sizes. Any t-shirts submitted after this date will receive remaining sizes that are available.
All teams must have a minimum of 8 members signed up by this date in order to participate.
A minimum of 8 team members must complete the Race Pace Survey by this date in order to receive a start time.
As of July 17th, Volunteers will not be able to make changes to their postions. This includes:
-Change Job date or tim
-Change or substitutie volunteers online
Last day to update team's race pace times.
Volunteers who have completed the online training and have not selected a volunteer position will be randomly assigned to one. These random job assignments CANNOT BE CHANGED once assignements are issued.
Deadline to update team name.
All local teams with less than three volunteers will not be able to pick up their race packets at Packet Pick Up. Packets will be held until three volunteers have been confirmed.
Out of town team start times posted to teams' roster page.
9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Captain's Meetings at 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
We encourage teams to abide by the following schedule:
9:00am-11:30am
(HTC team #s 1-500, PTC Walk # 2001-2200, all High School Challenge)
11:30am-2:00pm
(HTC team #s 501+, PTC Walk # 2201+ )
Late adds/subs increase to $25 per person
5:00pm 'Best Of' recognition and announcement of overall winning HTC team with leaded glass engraved trophy presentation.
5:15-6:40pm PORTLAND TO COAST AWARDS (WALK & HIGH SCHOOL CHALLENGE)
9:30am HOOD TO COAST Awards Ceremony (in front of main stage on beach) Sunday.
