REGISTRATION

The OfficeMax Hood To Coast Relay has filled its team limit for the last 19

years, and on "Opening Day" for the last 12 years!

HTC accepted 1,000 team entries from mail post-marked on "Opening Day" of registration.   The Integra Telecom Portland To Coast Walk Relay accepts up to 400 teams, with The OHSU Sports Medicine PTC High School Challenge accepting 50 teams.

GENERAL INFO

2010 Registration began on October 14, 2009. ONLY Hood To Coast entries postmarked on October 14th were considered.  Any HTC entries submitted EARLIER did not qualify for the lottery.  The field is drawn from a lottery of entries postmarked on October 14th, with checks deposited from October 14 - November 16.

ONLY SUBMIT ONE ENTRY PER TEAM TO REGISTER. The Team Captain entry form must be entirely completed correctly and payment received in full. 

Any team not accepted will receive a 'Declined' email letter. 'Accepted' emails were sent on November 16.  'Declined' emails were sent on November 18. Once confirmed, all teams are non-refundable, non-transferable.

All registered and accepted Team Captains (who complete and mail a Team Captain entry form) receive an email invitation.  This email provides a link to officially register via the online roster and enables Team Captains to invite teammates to join and register on their team.

REGISTRATION AGREEMENT

When registering, teams and participants agree to the following:

• HTC teams must be able to complete the course within the 31 ½ hour time limit (averaging 9 ½ minute per mile pace). No time limit for PTC events.
• Each team with even one member considered within the "local" radius is prompted to provide (3) mandatory Volunteers (within the online roster).
• Teams must have a minimum of (8) members and a maximum of (12) unless specific permission is given by HTC/PTC Office.
• All team members that participate on race day must be officially registered (2010 Team Captain entry form mailed to office, additional teammates register online).
• Once accepted and confirmed, the fee is non-refundable and the team is non-transferable.

The entry fee (once accepted and confirmed) is non-refundable and the team is non-transferable. Checks that bounce put your team in jeopardy of being replaced!

Please make ONE check payable to "Hood To Coast Relay" for the full team fee:

             Hood To Coast Relay : $1320

             Portland To Coast Walk Relay: $888 until March 25, 2010

                                                                $912 on/after March 26, 2010

             PTC High School Challenge Relay : $100
