REGISTRATION

The OfficeMax Hood To Coast Relay has filled its team limit for the last 21

years, and on "Opening Day" for the last 14 years!

GENERAL INFO

• Registration for Hood To Coast took place only on October 12, 2011.  Registration for the Portland To Coast Relays began on October 12, 2011. 
• All HTC entries were required to be post-marked on 10/12/11 (Portland To Coast was submitted on/after Oct. 12)
• No Hood To Coast entries postmarked before or after this date were accepted.
• Team selection is done through a lottery.
• More than 2,500 teams from all 50 states and over 30 countries applied.
• The Hood To Coast Relay accepted 1,050 teams for the 2012 event. 
• The Portland To Coast Walk Relay accepted 400 teams.
• The PTC High School Challenge will accept 50 teams.
• SUBMIT ONLY ONE ENTRY PER TEAM.
• Teams must have a minimum of 8 members and a maximum of 12.
• HTC teams must be able to complete the course within the 32 1/2 hour time limit (total average of 9:45 minute per mile or faster).
• Each team with one or more members within a 100 mile radius of the course must provide three (3) volunteers for event weekend. 
• Once confirmed, all teams and fees are non-refundable, non-transferable (if a team is not accepted, their check will not be deposited, and securely shredded).

HOW TO REGISTER

Team Captains:  Follow this link and fill out all information on the registration form.  After the registration form is complete, print out the confirmation slip.  Mail this slip with a check for the registration fee to the address listed below. 

Entries into the lottery will be processed and notifications will be sent out via email in mid-November.

Captains:

After initially accepted into the event, Captains will receive an email with a personalized link to use.  After following the link in the email and following all demographic information, you will be prompted to create a password.  With your email address as your username, you will now have access to the roster allowing you to add/remove team members, edit 10K data, change your team name etc. 

Team Members:

Team Captains are able to add team members to their Hood To Coast or Portland To Coast Team Roster.  Once your Captain adds you to the online roster, an email invitation will be sent to you to officially join that team.
