Opening Day of Registration!  Entries postmarked before this date will not be accepted.

Last day for free additions, and substitutes.  After this day adds/subs are $18 per person.

Last day to order extra medals

JUNE
June 3 Handbooks mailed to all registered team captains (reminder: keep your address current, use home address)

June 26

Last day to order extra race shirts and update sizes.  Any t-shirts submitted after this date will receive size large.

JULY
July 13-15 ACS Auction: Waive Volunteer Requirement
July 26 Last day to update 10k times and submit team name change

 
AUGUST
August 6 Deadline to Register Volunteers!   (if local team)
August 7 Out-of-Town team start times posted on Roster Page
August 7 Packet Pick-Up, 9:00am-11:30am, with Captain's Meeting at 10:30am
