T-shirts are picked up
at Packet Pick-up (for local teams) and at
the Start (for out-of-town teams). Wrist wraps are given out at the 'Team Check-In'
tent at the race start.
Packet Pick-Up for Out-of-Town
Teams
For
teams with every participant located
outside the Volunteer Radius, start times will be posted online on August 7.
Included in the "local area" (must provide volunteers): south to Eugene, north to Centralia, east to The Dalles, west to Astoria and down to Newport).
Race packets
will be available at the Timberline Start (for HTC) and Hawthorne/Eastbank Esplanade Area (for PTC). Please
arrive 1 hour before your start
time to check in, pick-up shirts, race numbers,
and wrist wraps. |

Packet
Pick-Up for Local Teams
Race
packets and t-shirts must be picked
up by each local team. If the Team Captain is not
able to do so, they must send someone in their
place. Unclaimed packets will not be available
again until the race start. Packets must
be picked up between 9am- 11:30am, Saturday, August 7 at:
Oregon Convention Center

We highly recommend utilizing the MAX light rail or bus #6 which both stop very close to the Convention Center.
Whomever picks up the packet should also bring
their team number. If you lost your team number, come to the Packet Pick-Up "Trouble
Table" to request it. |
